Attorneys from the law firm of Holland & Hart’s Las Vegas office will provide legal counseling to Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce members. The firm’s lawyers will provide counseling on commercial business transactions, employment matters, contract law, litigation, intellectual property law, bankruptcy and tax, among other areas. These sessions will not address divorce, child custody, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, or Home Foreclosures.

The sessions are from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. or 6:50 p.m. – 7:35 p.m. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment.

Members will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire before meeting with the lawyers. This service is being provided as a member benefit at no additional cost.
